1 General Terms & Conditions

Bdt886 (bundt886.org) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bdt886 and all of its members.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Your account must be KYC-verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — a different method cannot be used.
• There are no hidden charges or fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bdt886 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for any suspicious transaction until additional verification is completed. We strictly follow international AML policies to prevent money laundering.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdt886 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are outlined on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Wagering requirements vary by bonus. Generally, they range from 10x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering conditions have been met.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bdt886 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Free bets and cashback offers have their own expiry dates — they will be forfeited if not used within the specified period.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on bdt886:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — only submit when you are sure.
• The cash-out feature may not be available on all events, and the cash-out value changes in line with shifting odds.
• If an event is cancelled or void bet rules apply, bdt886's decision is final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to generate abnormal profits — is strictly prohibited.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays — this is not the responsibility of the platform.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt886 platform and will result in permanent account closure if detected:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity or different identities.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Abusing the bonus program or attempting to withdraw bonus funds by circumventing the terms.
• Processing money from money laundering or illegal sources through the platform.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any attempt to hack an account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using false information.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bdt886 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• Upon detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• In the case of self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw their valid balance before an account is closed, unless immediate closure is required due to fraud or legal reasons. To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team.

8 Limitation of Liability

Bdt886 is not liable for the following:

• If a game or bet fails due to loss of internet connection.
• Any loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues or scheduled server maintenance.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their account credentials with others.
